บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนของครู ในสถานศึกษาสำหรับปฏิบัติการสอน 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนของครู 3) เพื่อค้นหาปัจจัยที่ดีที่สุดที่ส่งผลต่อการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษาสำหรับปฏิบัติการสอน เครือข่ายมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จำนวน 255 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ผลการศึกษาระดับของปัจจัยและการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนของครูอยู่ในระดับมากทุกปัจจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) การจัดการนวัตกรรม 2) การรับรู้และยอมรับ 3) สภาพแวดล้อม ทรัพยากร และงบประมาณ 4) การนำไปใช้ 5) การส่งเสริมการวิจัย และ 6) การจูงใจ
2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยกับการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนของครูมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีค่าระหว่าง .343 - .682
3. ปัจจัยต่างๆ มีความสัมพันธ์พหุคูณกับการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนของครู อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เท่ากับ 0.402 และมีค่าอำนาจการพยากรณ์ 0.161 และผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ดีที่สุดพบว่า ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ด้านการจูงใจ มีผลต่อการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนของครู อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งสามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ ในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐานตามลำดับ ดังนี้
ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y = 2.272 + 0.263X6
ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z = .311 (X6)
