บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบหนึ่งกลุ่มวัดก่อนและหลังทดลองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมจิตอาสาของนักศึกษาพยาบาลก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้โครงงานคุณธรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 2 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี พุทธชินราช ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชาวิชาจริยศาสตร์และกฎหมายวิชาชีพการพยาบาล จำนวน 142 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการสอนโดยใช้โครงงานคุณธรรม และ 2) แบบวัดพฤติกรรมจิตอาสา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่า Dependent t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า นักศึกษาหลังได้รับการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยใช้โครงงานคุณธรรม มีพฤติกรรมจิตอาสาโดยรวมสูงกว่าก่อนจัดการเรียนการสอน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า พฤติกรรมจิตอาสาทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการเสียสละต่อสังคม ด้านการช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น และด้านความมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <. 001)
