บทคัดย่อ
สมองส่วนหน้าสุด มีความสามารถด้านบริหารจัดการ ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับการวางแผนพฤติกรรมการรับรู้ที่ซับซ้อน การแสดงออกทางบุคลิกภาพ และการตัดสินใจ ที่ประสานการทำงานร่วมกับสมองส่วนต่างๆ จึงถูกเรียกอีกชื่อว่า การคิดเชิงบริหาร และพัฒนาสูงสูดในช่วงอายุ 4 – 5 ปี จึงเป็นโอกาสสำคัญที่จะพัฒนาการคิดเชิงบริหารโดยอาศัยการพัฒนากระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบที่สอดคล้องกับแนวทางการพัฒนาการคิดเชิงบริหารและเกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานของสมองส่วนหน้าสุด ผ่านการจัดการเรียนการสอนด้วยกิจกรรมศิลปะที่เป็นเครื่องมือในการจัดการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุขของเด็ก เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดเชิงบริหารของเด็กอนุบาล นำไปสู่การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ศิลปะ 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ขั้นแบ่งปัน 2) ขั้นวางแผน 3) ขั้นลงมือทำ และ 4) ขั้นจัดแสดง ที่เน้นการคิด การสังเกต และการลงมือทำ จากการให้อิสระเด็กเลือก ตัดสินใจ วางแผน และแก้ปัญหา
