บทคัดย่อ
บทความฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแอปพลิเคชัน และแนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์จากประสบการณ์จริงของผู้เขียน ด้วยแอปพลิเคชันตระกูล Google และ Microsoft ที่สอดคล้องกับการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอน 4 สมรรถนะ ประกอบด้วย การออกแบบและวางแผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การดำเนินกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การเสริมสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้และสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน พร้อมทั้งการให้ข้อมูลป้อนกลับสู่ผู้เรียนอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ซึ่งพบว่า มีแอปพลิเคชันจากทั้งสองตระกูลที่สามารถนำมาใช้เป็นแอปพลิเคชันหลักและแอปพลิเคชันเสริมสำหรับการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์เป็นจำนวนมากถึง 34 แอปพลิเคชัน ให้ผู้สอนได้เลือกนำไปประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
