บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิจัยและพัฒนาโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างทักษะด้านการให้การปรึกษาสำหรับครูประจำชั้นระดับประถมศึกษา เขตพื้นที่ภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย วิธีการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยประเมินความต้องการจำเป็น เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาทักษะทางด้านการให้การปรึกษาสำหรับครูประจำชั้นระดับประถมศึกษา ระยะที่ 2 ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนาเพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมฯ และระยะที่ 3 ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองร่วมกับการติดตามผลการนำไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานจริง เพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมฯ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ทักษะด้านการให้การปรึกษา ได้แก่ ทักษะการยอมรับอย่างไม่มีเงื่อนไข ทักษะการเข้าถึง สืบเสาะข้อมูลเชิงลึกของนักเรียน ทักษะการให้การปรึกษาเบื้องต้น ทักษะการเสริมแรงและควบคุมพฤติกรรมอย่างเหมาะสม และทักษะการสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ได้รับการประเมินว่าสอดคล้องกับความต้องการจำเป็นสำหรับครูประจำชั้นระดับประถมศึกษาในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด สำหรับการพัฒนาและทดสอบประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมฯ พบว่า โปรแกรมฯ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิผลในการเพิ่มทักษะด้านการให้การปรึกษาและการเชื่อว่าตนเองมีทักษะด้านการให้การปรึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และพบว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมการอบรมอย่างน้อย ร้อยละ 80 ที่เชื่อว่าตนเองมีความรู้ความเข้าใจและมั่นใจว่าจะสามารถนำสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้ไปใช้ได้จริง
