การพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมสร้างความสุขด้วยกระบวนการสุนทรียสาธก สำหรับผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ DEVELOPMENT OF CURRICULUM TO ENHANCE THE HAPPINESS WITH APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY PROCESS FOR AGING CARE-GIVERS

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมสร้างความสุขด้วยกระบวนการสุนทรียสาธกสำหรับผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพร่วมกับการวิจัยและพัฒนา 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการพื้นฐานในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของชุมชน 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตร 3) การนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ และ 4) ประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตร การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้สถิติ Wilcoxon-signed rank test ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ความต้องการพื้นฐานในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของชุมชน มี 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ และด้านคุณลักษณะผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ
2. ผลการสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตร หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ ความเป็นมาและความสำคัญ หลักการและเป้าหมาย จุดประสงค์หลักสูตร โครงสร้างหลักสูตร แนวทางการจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรม การวัดและประเมินผล แบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ การตรวจสอบคุณภาพของหลักสูตรและเอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก
3. ผลการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ พบว่า ผู้เข้าอบรมมีค่าคะแนนความรู้ ทัศนคติและค่าคะแนนความสุขในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุภายหลังการอบรมมีค่าเพิ่มสูงขึ้น เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับคะแนนก่อนการอบรม รวมถึง สามารถเลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีในการสื่อสารและการให้คำปรึกษาได้เหมาะสม
4. ผลการประเมินการใช้หลักสูตร ผู้เข้าอบรมสะท้อนว่า หลักสูตรทำให้มีความรู้ในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุเพิ่มขึ้น มีความสุขและเห็นคุณค่าของตนเองมากขึ้น ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องเห็นว่าหลักสูตรสามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้จริงเหมาะสมกับบริบทวิถีชีวิตและชุมชน
