บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนและแนวทางการพัฒนา โดยการสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาและสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 2) สร้างรูปแบบ และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบด้วยการจัดสนทนากลุ่มของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และ 3) การประเมินรูปแบบโดยการสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. คุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาทุกตัวมีอิทธิพลรวมทางบวกต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน ได้แก่ ด้านการปฏิบัติงานสู่เป้าหมาย ด้านการมีแรงจูงใจ ด้านความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหา ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการมีจินตนาการ และด้านความคิดยืดหยุ่น และแนวทางการพัฒนายึดตามหลักสูตรและคู่มือการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์
2. รูปแบบ ประกอบด้วย 1) ปัจจัยนำเข้า คือ หลักสูตรและคู่มือการพัฒนา 2) กระบวนการ คือ หลักการจัดการเรียนรู้ 70-20-10 3) ผลผลิต คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ 4) ผลลัพธ์ คือ คุณภาพกระบวนการบริหารและการจัดการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และ 5) ข้อมูลย้อนกลับ คือ ผลการพัฒนาตามหลักสูตรและคู่มือการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์
3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบ พบว่า รูปแบบมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
