รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูของโครงการผลิตครูระบบปิด

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูของโครงการผลิตครูระบบปิด โดยมี 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะ โดยการสังเคราะห์เอกสาร สัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 6 คน และเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับนิสิตครูระบบปิด จำนวน 400 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้น และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะฯ โดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 6 คน 2) เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบฯ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 นำผลมายกร่างรูปแบบและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 6 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะฯ มี 6 สมรรถนะ คือ (1) การประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการจัดการเรียนรู้ (2) การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และการดูแลช่วยเหลือผู้เรียน (3) การจัดการเรียนรู้ และการใช้เทคโนโลยี (4) การวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน (5) การสร้างเครือข่ายจัดการศึกษา และอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และ (6) การพัฒนาตนเองตามจรรยาบรรณ และความเป็นพลเมือง มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ มีค่า Chi-square = 444.949 df = 399 ค่า p-value = 0.0558 แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะฯ มี 4 ส่วน คือ วิธีการพัฒนา ขั้นตอนพัฒนา บทบาทของผู้พัฒนา บทบาทของผู้ถูกพัฒนา และ 2) รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะฯ มี 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ (1) ทิศทางพัฒนา (2) แนวทางการพัฒนา และ (3) ผลการพัฒนา ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
