การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพครูปฐมวัยในยุคดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยและพัฒนามีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน และบริบทของสถานศึกษาระดับปฐมวัย 2) เพื่อสร้างและทดลองใช้รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพครูปฐมวัยในยุคดิจิทัล และ 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของครูปฐมวัยที่มีต่อรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลและบริบทของสถานศึกษาระดับปฐมวัย 2) สร้างรูปแบบและทดลองใช้รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ที่มี 2 ระยะ คือ อบรมและทดลองใช้รูปแบบ และ 3) การประเมินความพึงพอใจของครูปฐมวัยที่มีต่อรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมิน รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ แบบประเมินศักยภาพครูปฐมวัย และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูปฐมวัย จำนวน 40 คน ใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ครูปฐมวัยควรมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีในการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ระดับปฐมวัยในสถานการณ์ที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงการจัดการศึกษาในรูปแบบออนไลน์และครูควรมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่หลากหลาย พบว่า รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้มี 4 ขั้น คือ (1) การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบ Active Learning (2) การจัดการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 (3) นวัตกรรมปฐมวัยศึกษา และ (4) ชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ (PLC) 2) ครูปฐมวัยหลังได้รับการพัฒนาตามรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้มีศักยภาพสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 85.82 อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.29, SD = 0.62) และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของครูปฐมวัยที่มีต่อการใช้รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก (
= 4.17, SD = 0.48)
