บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็น 2) สร้างหลักสูตร 3) ทดลองใช้หลักสูตรโดย ศึกษาระดับการบริหารจัดการตนเอง 4) ประเมินหลักสูตร ใช้การวิจัยและพัฒนา 4 ระยะ คือ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นโดยสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเอกสารและสัมภาษณ์ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง 43 คน 2) สร้างหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติม วิพากษ์โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 10 คน และประเมินคุณภาพของหลักสูตรจากครูจำนวน 30 คน 3) ทดลองใช้หลักสูตรโดยเปรียบเทียบระดับการบริหารจัดการตนเองก่อนและหลังใช้หลักสูตรกับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 จำนวน 100 คน 4) ประเมินหลักสูตรกับครูและนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 จำนวน 106 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การบริหารจัดการตนเอง มีความจำเป็นเพราะนักเรียนอยู่ในวัยที่ต้องแสดงบทบาทหน้าที่ด้วยตนเอง และพัฒนาด้วยหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติมที่มีลักษณะสหวิทยาการผสานวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น และมีองค์ประกอบตรงตามหลักสูตรแกนกลาง 2) หลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติมประกอบด้วย ชื่อ ความนำ วิสัยทัศน์ หลักการ จุดมุ่งหมาย สมรรถนะ คุณลักษณะ โครงสร้าง คำอธิบายรายวิชา ผลการเรียนรู้ ขอบข่ายเนื้อหา เวลาเรียน แนวการจัดกิจกรรม สื่อ/แหล่งเรียนรู้ และแนวการวัดและประเมินผล โดยมีเนื้อหา 4 หน่วย คือ (1) ครอบครัวและบทบาทหน้าที่ของฉัน (2) การดูแลคนในครอบครัว (3) การช่วยเหลืองานตามบทบาทหน้าที่ (4) การประพฤติตนให้เหมาะสม จัดการเรียนรู้โดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญและการปฏิบัติจริง และวัดและประเมินผลตามสภาพจริง และผลการประเมินคุณภาพของหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมระดับมาก 3) การบริหารจัดการตนเองเพื่อเสริมสร้างแรงยึดเหนี่ยวทางสังคมในสังคมสูงวัยของนักเรียนหลังใช้หลักสูตรสูงกว่าก่อนใช้หลักสูตรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ 4) ผลการประเมินหลักสูตรด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยป้อน ด้านกระบวนการและด้านผลผลิต อยู่ในระดับมาก
