บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของข้าราชการครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมสมุทรปราการ ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง/วิทยฐานะ ขนาดสถานศึกษา จำนวน 299 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของโคเฮน จากนั้นสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ของข้าราชการครูเกี่ยวกับระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.982 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ข้าราชการครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้านแรงจูงใจ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ข้าราชการครูที่มีตำแหน่ง/วิทยฐานะต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านแรงจูงใจ ไม่แตกต่างกัน และข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษาที่ขนาดต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
