บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจัยการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อคุณภาพ ภาวะผู้นำมีอิทธิพลให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ร่วมกันบรรลุเป้าหมายคุณภาพพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย คุณลักษณะหรือทักษะภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Transformational Leadership) ทำให้การปฏิบัติงานประสิทธิผลสูงขึ้น 1) ผู้นำทางวิชาการ (Instructional Leadership) 2) ผู้นำแบบประชาธิปไตย (Democratic Leaders) 3) การติดต่อสื่อสาร (Communication) 4) การตัดสินใจ (Decision Making) 5) การขจัดความขัดแย้ง (Conflict Resolution) 6) การเสนอแนวคิดใหม่ หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้เป็นที่ยอมรับ (Introducing Change) และ 7) การบริหารเวลา (Time Management) ส่งผลต่อความรู้ความเข้าใจของครูให้ พัฒนาคุณภาพเด็กปฐมวัยศตวรรษที่ 21 1) การคิดสร้างสรรค์ (Creativity and Innovation) 2) การคิดวิเคราะห์ (Critical Thinking and Problem Solving) 3) การติดต่อสื่อสาร (Communication) และ 4) การร่วมมือร่วมใจ (Collaboration) ตามหลักพัฒนาเด็กอย่างเป็นองค์รวมคำนึงถึงการทำงานของสมองเพื่อช่วยให้เด็กควบคุมความคิด อารมณ์ พฤติกรรม และเกิดผลลัพธ์พัฒนาการได้คุณภาพ ดังนั้นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารคุณภาพ คือ 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ครูปฐมวัย 3) ระบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา 4) การติดต่อสื่อสาร ประชาสัมพันธ์ 5) ความรู้ความเข้าใจหลักสูตรการศึกษาปฐมวัย พ.ศ.2560 6) การออกแบบการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ 7) พัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย 8) สื่อ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ 9) การประเมินผลพัฒนาการ 10) งบประมาณ 11) การติดตาม ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน 12) ความร่วมมือ ของผู้ปกครอง ชุมชน และแนวทางการบริหารพัฒนาคุณภาพเด็กปฐมวัยศตวรรษที่ 21 1) การวิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบันของสถานศึกษา 2) การพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษา 3) การบริหารจัดการอย่างเป็นระบบ 4) การจัดระบบพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา 5) พัฒนากระบวนการออกแบบการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ 6) การสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 7) การจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมและแหล่งเรียนรู้ 8) การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรและการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพของสถานศึกษา และ 9) การบริหารจัดการความปลอดภัยในสถานศึกษา
