ปูชนียบุคคล: วิถีครองตนคนเป็นครูด้วยหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง

บทคัดย่อ
บทความฉบับนี้ มุ่งนำเสนอการครองตนของครูด้วยแนวปฏิบัติตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเพื่อเป็นปูชนียบุคคล ครูเกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาคนโดยเฉพาะนักเรียนในด้านคุณธรรมและความสามารถซึ่งต้องเป็นแบบอย่างที่เหมาะสม จำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ครูต้องแสดงให้เห็นว่าตัวเองเพียบพร้อมด้วยสมรรถนะการเป็นครูมืออาชีพที่ทั้งเก่งและดีสมควรได้รับการเคารพยกย่องจากสังคม ดังนั้น ครูจะต้องกำกับความประพฤติด้วยจริยธรรม กำกับวิธีคิดด้วยความรู้ กำกับความสามารถด้วยทักษะปฏิบัติและกำกับเจตคติด้วยแนวคิดด้านบวกผ่านการปฏิบัติตนที่คำนึงถึงความพอประมาณ พอเหมาะพอดีกับฐานะและบทบาทของตัวเอง ไม่โลภมากจนก่อหนี้และใช้สอยสิ่งต่าง ๆ ที่ยึดคุณค่ามากกว่ามูลค่า มีเหตุมีผลในการคิด การกระทำและจะต้องตัดสินใจด้วยความรอบรู้รอบคอบระมัดระวังโดยตระหนักถึงผลกระทบต่อวิชาชีพ หน่วยงาน นักเรียนและคนอื่น ๆ มีภูมิคุ้มกันภายในให้มั่นคง ไม่รู้สึกเหนื่อยหน่ายในอาชีพและยืดหยัดอยู่ได้ท่ามกลางกระแสการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากภายนอกโดยเป็นที่พึ่งให้กับตัวเองและนักเรียน ภายใต้ภูมิปัญญาที่กระจ่างชัดซึ่งเกิดจากการฝึกฝนเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์และศาสตร์ที่สอนอย่างลุ่มลึกรวมทั้งศาสตร์อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และข้อปฏิบัติตามหลักจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ ซึ่งจะนำสู่การยกระดับเจตคติการรู้คิดและพฤติกรรมให้มีคุณสมบัติความเป็นครูที่แท้จริง
