การอบรมเลี้ยงดูของผู้ปกครองสู่แนวทางการออกแบบสื่อการเรียนรู้สำหรับครอบครัว เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลให้กับเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ประสบการณ์ของผู้ปกครองในการสอนทักษะความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลให้แก่ผู้เรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษภายใต้การดูแล และ 2) นำเสนอแนวทางการออกแบบสื่อการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ปกครอง เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลของเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษระดับประถมศึกษาตอนปลายในบริบทครอบครัว โดยใช้ขั้นตอนการทำความเข้าใจกลุ่มเป้าหมายและการนิยามปัญหาซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 6 คนแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จากนั้นเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบ 5 ประเด็นสำคัญคือ 1) ความพร้อมและข้อจำกัดของบุตร 2) ความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยของบุตร 3) ประสบการณ์และกลยุทธ์ของผู้ปกครองในการสอนทักษะความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคล 4) ความท้าทายและอุปสรรค และ 5) ความต้องการและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ปกครองต่อสื่อสนับสนุน โดยผู้ปกครองรับรู้ถึงช่องว่างด้านพัฒนาการและข้อจำกัดของบุตรหลานที่ส่งผลให้การสอนทักษะความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลต้องถูกสอดแทรกในชีวิตประจำวันมากกว่าสอนให้เข้าใจเชิงลึก ขณะเดียวกัน ผู้ปกครองยังเผชิญความท้าทายจากข้อจำกัดของผู้เรียน ความไม่มั่นใจในบทบาทผู้สอน ความเขินอายในการสื่อสารประเด็นด้านเพศและขาดแคลนสื่อการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสม จากการสังเคราะห์ประสบการณ์ของผู้ปกครองร่วมกับงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องจึงชี้ให้เห็นว่าสื่อการเรียนรู้ควรเสริมสร้างทั้งองค์ความรู้และความมั่นใจให้แก่ผู้ปกครอง โดยนำเสนอเนื้อหาทักษะความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคลผ่านสถานการณ์ในชีวิตประจำวัน นอกจากนี้ รูปแบบของการนำเสนอควรเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนสามารถรับรู้ผ่านหลากหลายช่องทางประสาทสัมผัส เพื่อเอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการเฉพาะบุคคล
