แนวทางการบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนคุณภาพที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการคิดขั้นสูงของผู้เรียน ในสถานศึกษานำร่องพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัย เรื่อง แนวทางการบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนคุณภาพที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการคิดขั้นสูงของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษานำร่องพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนคุณภาพที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการคิดขั้นสูงของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษานำร่องพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ 2) ศึกษาและจัดทำแนวทางการบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนคุณภาพที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการคิดขั้นสูงของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษานำร่องพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ 3) ตรวจสอบแนวทางการบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนคุณภาพที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการคิดขั้นสูงของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษานำร่องพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนคุณภาพด้วยแบบสอบถาม ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาและจัดทำแนวทางการบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนคุณภาพด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง (Structure Interview) ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การตรวจสอบแนวทางการบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนคุณภาพด้วยแบบตรวจสอบแนวทางโดยประเมินความถูกต้อง ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนคุณภาพที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการคิดขั้นสูงของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษานำร่องพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษา จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.32, SD = 0.65 และ
= 4.50, SD = 0.49 ตามลำดับ) และค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น (Priority Needs Index : PNIModified) ในภาพรวมมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.04 2) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนคุณภาพที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการคิดขั้นสูง ประกอบด้วย ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับพัฒนาการ ด้านการใช้สื่อและนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ ด้านบทบาทของครูในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้แบบ Active Learning และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้เรียน 3) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการห้องเรียนคุณภาพที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการคิดขั้นสูง พบว่า ในภาพรวมทุกมิติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ความถูกต้อง (
= 4.92, SD = 0.28) ความเหมาะสม (
= 4.82, SD = 0.39) ความเป็นไปได้ (
= 4.64, SD = 0.60) และความเป็นประโยชน์ (
= 4.95, SD = 0.20)
