รูปแบบการนิเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของครูอาชีวศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบการนิเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยของครูอาชีวศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการนิเทศ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการพัฒนารูปแบบ คือ ครูอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 1,222 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 24 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินคุณภาพรูปแบบ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดลองรูปแบบคือครูอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 20 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบตามความสะดวก (Convenience Sampling) เครื่องมือได้แก่ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัย และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบอันดับที่ของวิลคอกซัน ได้ผลการวิจัย ดังนี้ รูปแบบการนิเทศ มีองค์ประกอบหลัก 6 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านบริบท ประกอบด้วย หลักการที่สำคัญคือมุ่งเน้นความแตกต่างของครูเป็นหลัก เน้นฝึกปฏิบัติโดยอาศัยความรู้และประสบการณ์เดิม และจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อนิเทศส่งเสริม พัฒนา ติดตามและประเมินผลสมรรถนะครูที่รับการนิเทศ 2) ด้านเนื้อหา ได้แก่ ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย 3) ด้านบุคลากร ได้แก่ ผู้นิเทศ ครู ผู้สนับสนุนการนิเทศ 4) ด้านเครื่องมือ ได้แก่ แบบนิเทศ 5 ชุด 5) ด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุน ได้แก่ งบประมาณ วัสดุ และครุภัณฑ์ 6) ด้านกระบวนการ มี 5 ขั้นเรียกว่า APIER ได้แก่ ขั้นวิเคราะห์ (Analyzing: A) ขั้นวางแผน (Planning: P) ขั้นดำเนินการนิเทศ (Implementing: I) ขั้นประเมินการนิเทศ (Evaluating: E) และ ขั้นรายงานการนิเทศ (Reporting: R) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพรูปแบบ ด้านความถูกต้องครอบคลุม ด้านความเหมาะสม ด้านความเป็นไปได้ และด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ โดยรวมมีคุณภาพในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบพบว่า ครูมีสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยหลังการนิเทศสูงกว่าก่อนนิเทศอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการนิเทศในระดับมาก
