การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมการพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายวิสาหกิจชุมชน จังหวัดนครราชสีมา The Participatory Action Research Project: Strategic Development for the Mobilization of Community Enterprise in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายวิสาหกิจชุมชน จาก 32 กลุ่ม ใน 16 อำเภอของจังหวัดนครราชสีมา แบบมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีพัฒนาที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) เพื่อติดตามและประเมินผลการพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายวิสาหกิจชุมชนในระยะเริ่มต้นจาก วิสาหกิจชุมชน 32 กลุ่ม ใน 16 อำเภอของจังหวัดนครราชสีมา 3) เพื่อจัดการความรู้การวิจัยร่วมกับโครงการวิจัยและแผนงานวิจัย ในการดำเนินงานวิจัยและพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจแบบบูรณาการประชากร ได้แก่ บุคลากรวิสาหกิจชุมชนและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยที่เป็นอาจารย์ นักวิจัยและนักศึกษา ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยการทำความเข้าใจและสื่อสารเบื้องต้น กำหนดแผนการขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์เครือข่าย ติดตามและประเมินผลโครงการ เก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพและปริมาณ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการจำแนกชนิดข้อมูล และเปรียบเทียบเหตุการณ์และการวิเคราะห์สรุปอุปนัย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ใช้สถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า มีการก่อตั้ง “เครือข่ายวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อการเรียนรู้จังหวัดนครราชสีมา” เป้าหมายเน้นการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันในการดำเนินธุรกิจตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ด้วยจิตสำนึกร่วมในการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนผ่านการเรียนรู้ในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ มีการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการชุดก่อตั้งเครือข่ายวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยที่ยุทธศาสตร์การขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายเป็นการเริ่มต้นที่ต้องมีการพัฒนาอย่างจริงจังอีกระยะหนึ่ง

This study aimed to investigate and develop the strategies for mobilizing community enterprises from 32 community enterprise groups in 16 districts in Nakhon Ratchasima province, employing participation from related sectors, and to integrate the research on the community enterprise development with the development of the mission integration mobilization of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. The target group included the group of officials involved in many research and operational activities inmany sectors such as personnel in the community enterprises and related parties, university staff, instructors, researchers, and students who took part in the research. The main research procedures were: communicating with related sectors for general understanding; developing mobilizing plan for the network’s strategies; and monitoring and evaluating the project. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis, data classification, event comparison, and analytic induction. Quantitative data were analyzed using arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that the goal for establishing “the Community Enterprise Network for Learning, Nakhon Ratchasima” was the joint-learning on business operation based on the sufficiency economic philosophy. Joining the network was on the voluntary basis to improve their community enterprise through various learning activities. There was an election of the network founder boards with potential to initiate the network leading activities for the mobilization of the sufficiency economic philosophy. The mobility strategies were only the initiation which needed some time to be more mature.
