มุมมองทางวัฒนธรรมที่สะท้อนผ่านการใช้สำนวนที่มีคำว่า “ชา” ในภาษาจีน

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษามิติทางวัฒนธรรมที่สะท้อนผ่านสำนวนภาษาจีนซึ่งมีคำว่า “ชา” ภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดภาษาศาสตร์เชิงวัฒนธรรม เพื่อวิเคราะห์บริบททางวัฒนธรรมที่แฝงอยู่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า มิติทางวัฒนธรรมที่ปรากฏสามารถจำแนกได้เป็น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) วัฒนธรรมด้านวัตถุ “ชา” ปรากฏในฐานะทรัพยากรมีคุณค่า และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกิจวัตรประจำวันของชาวจีน 2) วัฒนธรรมที่เกิดจากโครงสร้างทางสังคม สะท้อนบทบาทของ “ชา” ในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและในพิธีกรรม โดยเฉพาะพิธีแต่งงาน และ 3) วัฒนธรรมทางจิตใจ “ชา” สะท้อนแนวคิดความเรียบง่าย ความสมถะ การแสวงหาความสงบภายในและการเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกับธรรมชาติ ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่าในสังคมจีน “ชา” มิได้เป็นเพียงเครื่องดื่มเพื่อการบริโภค แต่เป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญที่หยั่งรากลึกในวิถีชีวิตและวัฒนธรรมจีน
