การเติบโตของเจเนอเรชันซีสายกรีนในประเทศไทย: บทบาทของความรู้และทัศนคติที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการบริโภคผักอินทรีย์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการบริโภคผักอินทรีย์ของผู้บริโภคกลุ่มเจเนอเรชันซี โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 405 คน ด้วยแบบสอบถามทั้งแบบเผชิญหน้าและแบบออนไลน์ช่วงเดือนตุลาคม-ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมานโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับผักอินทรีย์อยู่ในระดับต่ำแต่มีทัศนคติต่อผักอินทรีย์เชิงบวกในระดับสูง ขณะที่พฤติกรรมการบริโภคผักอินทรีย์ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ความรู้เกี่ยวกับผักอินทรีย์มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับทัศนคติต่อผักอินทรีย์ และพฤติกรรมการบริโภคด้านค่าใช้จ่ายในการซื้อผักอินทรีย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05-0.001 แต่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับพฤติกรรมการบริโภคด้านความถี่ในการซื้อผักและด้านระยะเวลาในการซื้อผักอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05-0.001 สำหรับทัศนคติต่อผักอินทรีย์มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับพฤติกรรมการบริโภค ด้านความถี่ในการรับประทานผักและด้านความถี่ในการซื้อผักอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยสนับสนุนแนวคิดความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการบริโภคผักอินทรีย์ของผู้บริโภคเจเนอเรชันซี
