บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาแนวทางการสร้างศูนย์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมสามพร้าว มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี เป็นการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดยการระดมสมองจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 35 คน ที่มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ศูนย์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมสามพร้าว มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ควรสร้างในรูปแบบของพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น ที่นำเสนอเรื่องราว ศิลปะ และวัฒนธรรมของท้องถิ่น โดยนำเอกลักษณ์ของท้องถิ่นที่มีความโดดเด่นมานำเสนอ ให้มีกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจ มีความต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน
