Abstract

The study of the guidelines of building Samphrao Cultural Arts Center, Udon Thani Rajabhat University was connoisseurship using by brainstorming from 35 experts. They came from purposive selection. The content analysis was used for data analysis.


The study was found that the Samphrao Cultural Arts Center, Udon Thani Rajabhat University should build as a local museum. It presents about stories, arts, and cultures of the local. It brings the local uniqueness that is outstanding to present. There are interested activities continuously and sustainable
