บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับบทบาทหน้าที่ที่คาดหวังด้านการบริหารของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดปทุมธานี (2) ศึกษาระดับบทบาทหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติจริงด้านการบริหารของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดปทุมธานี (3) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ที่คาดหวังด้านการบริหารของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดปทุมธานี และ (4) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติจริงด้านการบริหารของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดปทุมธานี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงาน จำนวน 210 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับบทบาทหน้าที่ที่คาดหวังด้านการบริหารของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ระดับบทบาทหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติจริงด้านการบริหารของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ที่คาดหวังด้านการบริหารของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล พบว่า อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และตำแหน่ง มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ที่คาดหวังด้านการบริหารของผู้บริหารองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล แตกต่างกัน เพศและประสบการณ์การทำงาน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (4) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติจริงด้านการบริหารของผู้บริหาร จำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล พบว่า เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติจริงด้านการบริหารของผู้บริหาร ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนตำแหน่งงาน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
