EXPECTED AN ACTUAL ROLES OF THE ADMINISTRATORS OF THE TAMBON ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION IN PATHUM THANI PROVINCE

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: (1) to study the level of roles and duties expected in the administration of the executives of sub-district administrative organizations in Pathum Thani Province. (2) to study the practical role level and duties in the administration of the executives of sub-district administrative organizations in Pathum Thani Province (3) to compare opinions of management and operators to roles and duties expected in the administration of the executives of sub-district administrative organizations in Pathum Thani Province and (4) to compare the practical role level and duties in the administration of the executives of sub-district administrative organizations in Pathum Thani Province. This was quantitative research. The sample group was 210 Manager and Operator selected through simple sampling. The statistical in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation F-test and t-test analysis by using the computer program.
The results of the study were as follows (1) the level of roles and duties expected in the administration of the executives of sub-district administrative organizations overall was at a high level. (2) The practical role level and duties in the administration of the executives of sub-district administrative organizations overall was at a high level. (3) The results of hypothesis testing to compare opinions of management and operators to roles and duties expected in the administration of the executives of sub-district administrative organizations. Classified by personal status, It was found the age education and position have an opinion on the expected roles duties in the administration of the executives of sub-district administrative organizations have significant differences, whereas gender and work experience were found no significant differences at .05 level (4) The results of hypothesis testing to compare opinions of management and operators to practical role level and duties in the administration of the executives of sub-district administrative organizations. Classified by personal status, It was found the gender age education and experience have an practical role level and duties in the administration of the executives of sub-district administrative organizations were found no significant differences. Whereas position were found significant differences at .01 level
