บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการจัดการภูมิทัศน์ที่อยู่อาศัยบ้านประชารัฐริมคลองลาดพร้าว ชุมชนบางบัว เขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ ภูมิทัศน์ฯ และ3) ศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการภูมิทัศน์ฯ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 20 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และในส่วนของการประเมินรูปแบบฯ มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 5 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบประเมิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพื้นฐานโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ชุมชนได้มีการจัดการภูมิทัศน์ที่อยู่อาศัยอยู่แล้ว ประกอบด้วย การชี้แจงสร้างความเข้าใจ การสำรวจชุมชน และการนำระเบียบข้อบังคับมาเพื่อบังคับใช้ 2) ปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงของภูมิทัศน์ฯ ประกอบด้วย (1) ปัจจัยด้านการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน และ(2) ปัจจัยที่เกิดจากแผนนโยบายจากภาครัฐ 3) รูปแบบการจัดการภูมิทัศน์ฯ ประกอบด้วย (1) ระยะที่ 1 ต้นน้ำ (2) ระยะที่ 2 กลางน้ำ และ(3) ระยะที่ 3 ปลายน้ำ 4) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบฯ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.35 เมื่อเทียบกับเกณฑ์การประเมินอยู่ในระดับมาก
