A MODEL OF RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT AT PRACHARATH HOUSE ON THE LAD PHRAO CANAL, BANG BUA COMMUNITY, BANG KHEN DISTRICT, BANGKOK

Abstract
This research article aims to 1) study the management of residential landscape at Pracharath House on the Lat Phrao Canal, Bang Bua Community, Bang Khen District, Bangkok, 2) study the factors that cause changes in the landscape, and 3) study the landscape management model. It is qualitative research. There were 20 key informants using purposive sampling. Use in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using content analysis. and in the form evaluation section There was a sample of 5 people by purposive random sampling. Collect data with assessment forms Data were analyzed by finding the mean and standard deviation. Data were analyzed using basic statistics using mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that 1)The community has already managed the residential landscape, consisting of clarification and understanding. community survey and adopting regulations to enforce them. 2) Factors that cause changes in the landscape include (1) land use factors and (2) factors arising from government policy plans; 3) patterns. The landscape management consists of (1) Phase 1 upstream, (2) Phase 2 midstream, and (3) Phase 3 downstream. 4)Evaluation results of the model. with an average of 4.35 compared to the evaluation criteria at a high level.
