A STUDY ON THE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY OF THE CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE TO REINTEGRATION AND EMPLOYMENT FOR THE CENTRAL CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION FOR DRUG ADDICTS

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ประสานงานและส่งเสริมการมีงานทำของทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษกลาง และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ประสานงานและส่งเสริมการมีงานทำของทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษกลาง จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เป็นวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 200 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นแบบเชิงอนุมาน (Inferential Statistics) ประกอบด้วย การทดสอบ t - test และการทดสอบ One - way ANOVA
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ประสานงานและส่งเสริมการมีงานทำของทัณฑสถานบำบัดพิเศษกลาง โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการให้บริการ รองลงมา คือ ด้านความสำเร็จในการให้บริการ ค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านความสะดวกรวดเร็ว ซึ่งการทดสอบสมมติฐานจำแนกตามอายุ รายได้ก่อนต้องโทษ อัตราโทษตามคำพิพากษา และความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัว มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา อาชีพก่อนต้องโทษ และสถานภาพ มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะของงานวิจัย มี 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการให้บริการ 2) ด้านการเข้าถึงบริการ 3) ด้านความสะดวกรวดเร็ว 4) ด้านความสำเร็จในการให้บริการ
