Studying the operational efficiency of the Center for Assistance to Reintegration and Employment in Central Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts

Abstract

This research aims to study the efficiency of the Center for Assistance to Reintegration and Employment in Central Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts and to compare the efficiency level of the Center for Assistance to Reintegration and Employment in Central Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts.This is a quantitative research classified by personal factors using a sample of 200 people. The statistics used for data analysis were inferential statistics,consisting of t-test and One-way ANOVA.

The results of the study found that factors regarding the efficiency of the Center for Assistance to Reintegration and Employment in Central Correctional Institution for Drug Addicts overall had an average value at a high level. The highest average value was in the  aspect of service,followed by the aspect of success in providing services,and the lowest average value was in the aspect of convenience and speed. The hypothesis testing classified by age,income before imprisonment,the rate of punishment according to the verdict,and family relationships had no different opinions. As for the classification by education level,occupation before imprisonment,and status,there were different opinions with a statistical significance of 0.05. Suggestions from the research include 4 areas: 1) Providing service, 2) Service access, 3) Convenience and speed, 4) Service success.
