SATISFACTION IN USING THE MEDIAL CARE UNIT SERVICE OF FEMALE PRISONERS IN THE SAMUT PRAKAN CENTRAL PRISON

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของการได้รับการรักษา และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของการได้รับการรักษาส่วนบุคคล ของผู้ต้องขังหญิงในเรือนจำกลางสมุทรปราการ ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ต้องขังหญิงจำนวน 226 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการเข้าใช้บริการสถานพยาบาลของผู้ต้องขังหญิงในเรือนจำกลางสมุทรปราการ ทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการรักษาพยาบาล ด้านการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ ด้านการได้รับยา ด้านสวัสดิการผู้ต้องขัง และด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ต้องขัง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ ด้านการรักษาพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง รองลงมาคือ ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ต้องขังอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านการได้รับยาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่ากลุ่มอายุมีความพึงพอใจในการรับสิทธิการรักษาแตกต่างกัน ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
ข้อเสนอแนะในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สถานพยาบาลควรมีการปรับปรุงเรื่องการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น เพิ่มการให้บริการของแพทย์และพยาบาลภายนอกที่เข้ามาให้บริการภายในเรือนจำ มีการฝึกอบรมบุคลากรเพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้ ส่งเสริมการให้บริการอย่างเป็นธรรม
