Satisfaction in using the Medical Care Unit service of female prisoners in the Samut Prakan Center Prison

Abstract
In order to level the satisfaction of lady inmates in Samut Prakan central prison, through the study of analysis for personal rights, quantitative analysis is apply to 226 lady inmates as sample. Questionnaires are used to analyst the percentage frequency, average and standard deviation from these sample.
From the studies regarding satisfaction of medical care for the lady inmates, consisting of 5 different services, which are i) treatment ii) consultation iii) prescription of medicine iv)inmates social action and v)development of inmate’s life. We found that the factor of satisfaction for the right of i) treatment is in the average level overall. Whereas for iii) prescription of medicine falls to the lowest average. These surveys shows that the different of these important statistic is merely 0.05
Commence of these studies should develop a regulation of co-operative among facilities that provide medical services in the Prisons. It will intern develop
a higher service efficiency by the medical service personals, from the hospital coming into the prison to serve. Thus this will let the in house medical staffs gain knowledge from learning with the medical service personals that come to support. Also it will intern gaining the knowledge of equality fair services without discrimination and following rules and regulations of the medical services.
