The Way of Citizen Participation in Mobilizing the Five-Precept Village : A Case Study of Citizen Ban Wan, Nam Kham subdistrict, Mueang SiSaKet district, Sisaket Province

Abstract
This research is a mixed method research. Data were collected using questionnaires of 81 people and data were collected by in-depth interviews from 12 key informants. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, deviation. standard ben and presenting research results in descriptive. The research findings were as follows: 1) Participation of the people in driving the village to keep the 5 precepts is led by the monks in practice. The aim is to create reconciliation and reconciliation projects using Buddhist principles. "Village keeping the 5 precepts" is an action process. and focusing on participation between villages, temples and schools. (1) Participation in project initiation (2) Participation in planning (3) Participation in project implementation (4) Participation in evaluation project and 3) Guidelines for people's participation in driving the 5 precepts villages, it was found that (1) participation in the initiation of the project planning meeting or selection of the 5 precepts village propulsion activities and considering various projects. that may cause problems to drive the village to keep the 5 precepts at the highest level ( = 3.54, S.D. = .742 และ.759) (2) Participation in the planning process to promote good relations between various working groups. in the community at the highest level ( = 3.83, S.D. = .667) (3) In terms of participation in the project implementation process, it was viewed that the community benefited from participating in the 5 Precepts Village Driving Project. that the community has done together can solve the problems in the community sustainably at the highest level ( = 3.89, S.D. = .548) and 4) Participation in the evaluation of requesting cooperation for other organizations Participate in monitoring and evaluating performance at the highest level. ( = 3.63, S.D. = .679)
