Factors Relating to the Deviant Workplace Behavior of Private Company Employees in Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of operational factors, work stress, dark personality traits, and deviant behavior in work place of private company employees in Bangkok Metropolitan and 2) to study operational factors, work stress, and dark personality traits relationship with deviant behavior in work place.
The population used in this research consisted of Employees working in private companies Bangkok. Due to the fact that a research had not an exact population so the sample size was determined by using Cochran at 95% with 400 sampling. The instrument used in collecting data was questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics including frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics including Pearson's correlation coefficient test. The result of the research revealed that: 1) the level of Operational factors was the moderate, Work stress was the little, Dark Personality Traits was the moderate, and Deviant behavior in work place was the least and 2) The Operational factors, Work stress, and Dark personality traits Relationship with Deviant behavior in work place. with statistical significance at the level of 0.01
