THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF THAI DRAMATIC ART USING PROJECT-BASED LEARNING WITH VLOGS TO DEVELOP LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT AND CREATIVE THINKING OF GRADE 5 STUDENTS

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were: 1) to compare the pre-test and the post-test using project-based learning with vlogs of the learning achievement of Thai dramatic art of grade 5 students, 2) to investigate the creative thinking of grade 5 students after using project-based learning with vlogs, and 3) to study the point of view of grade 5 students after using project-based learning with vlogs. The samples were thirty-two grade 5 students from one class in the first semester of the 2023 academic year at a public school in Pathum Thani Province. The research instruments consisted of: 1) four lesson plans of Thai dramatic art, 2) an achievement test of Thai dramatic art with 40 questions, 3) a critical thinking test with eight questions, and 4) a student interview form with seven questions towards the learning management. Statistics used in data analysis included mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed that 1) the post-test scores were higher than the pre-test scores after using project-based learning with vlogs; 2) the overall score of creative thinking was regarded high after using project-based learning with vlogs (Mean = 4.09, S.D.= 0.03); and 3) ทost of the students felt energetic and excited about learning and doing the activities while thinking creatively in the project-based learning with vlogs; it also promoted students’ knowledge and presentation skills and made Thai dramatic art class interesting.
