GUIDELINES FOR IMPROVING THE SERVICE QUALITY OF THE COURT OF JUSTICE IN REGION 7 UNDER THE BUREAUCRATIC SYSTEM 4.0

Abstract
The purpose of this research were to study (1) to study general information that affects the development of service quality of the Court of Justice in Region 7 (2) to study the level of service quality of Court of Justice in Region 7 (3) to study the factors of bureaucracy 4.0 and related services Reason-Effective Development of Service Quality of the Court of Justice in Region 7 (4) to study guidelines In developing the service quality of the Court of Justice Region 7, The sample group consisted of 384 civil servants of the Court of Justice Region 7, 8 key informants. The following statistics are used to analyze the data. Descriptive data were statistically used, including frequency distribution. Percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistical analysis using the chi-square value and multiple regression analysis
The Research results: found that (1) general information affecting the development of the service quality of the Courts of Justice in Region 7 was at a statistically significant level of 0.001, (2) the level of service quality of the Courts of Justice in Region 7 was at a high level. (3) Government factors and service had relationships with the development of service quality of the Court of Justice in Region 7 at a statistical significance of 0.001, and (4) Guidelines for improving the service quality of the Court of Justice Region 7 were interviewed by 8 key informants. It was concluded that the public should be educated on the use of the court's information system. Establish or create a system that is linked between government agencies. to serve the public government officials, should add equipment used to search for information in providing services to people who come in contact and increase the use of a single ID card to contact government agencies to help increase the convenience of providing public services thoroughly and equally.
