POLITICAL PALTY STRUCTURE ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE KINGDOM OF THAILAND 2017

Abstract
Political party structure according to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand 2017 Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand contains conditions that may hinder the establishment of political parties. The objectives of this research were 1) to study the structure of political parties according to the 2017 Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. 2) To study the problems and obstacles of the establishment of political parties according to the 2017 Constitution. This research was a qualitative research. Data from documents and in-depth interviews were divided into 3 groups as follows: 1) Political Science and Law Academic 4 people 2) Politicians 7 people 3) Political Participant 4 people totaling 15 people
The results showed that 1) political party structure according to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand 2017 How are the conditions set? about the party structure, such as party branches, number of party members that may be an obstacle to the establishment of a political party Including the allocation of power in the management of political party branches. 2) Problems and obstacles in the establishment of political parties according to the 2017 Constitution, it was found that the 2017 Constitution contained conditions for the establishment of political parties. Makes It difficult for political parties to form political parties, such as setting up party branches having members responsible for party branches collection of membership fees 3) Recommendations Set conditions on the number of member. and the source of funding of political parties that should be more open in enabling political parties to have funding for the development of political parties or an amendment to the law to repeal or not collect party dues or party membership fees to make it easier to become a member of the party.
