Abstract

Employee retention is considered one of the critical issues that significantly impact the development and stability of organizations. This study aims to: (1) examine the level of employees’ perceptions of organizational support in private companies in Rayong Province, (2) evaluate the level of employee retention in private companies in Rayong Province, and (3) investigate the effects of perceived organizational support on employee retention in private companies in Rayong Province. The research sample consists of 385 operational-level employees selected from private companies in Rayong Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.931.
