Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

To ensure that academic articles meet the standards of the journal, authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the following guidelines:

Manuscript Format

  • Software: Microsoft Word
  • Language: Manuscripts may be written in Thai or English
  • Paper Size: A4
  • Font: TH SarabunPSK, size 16
  • Page Margins:
    • Top margin: 1 inch (2.54 cm)
    • Bottom margin: 1 inch (2.54 cm)
    • Left margin: 1.5 inches (3.18 cm)
    • Right margin: 1 inch (2.54 cm)
  • Page Layout:
    • Single column format
    • Justified text alignment
    • Line spacing: Single

Article Length
The manuscript should be between 10 and 15 pages, including references.

Author Information
Provide the full name, title, affiliation, contact address, and additional contact details such as phone number, email, and fax number for each author.

Citation System
The journal follows the 7th edition of the American Psychological Association (APA) citation style, with additional requirements:

  • In-text citations must be in English.
  • Thai-language sources must be translated into English.
  • Publication years in the Buddhist Era (B.E.) must be converted to the Gregorian calendar (C.E.).

In-Text Citation Types

  • General Citations: Include the author’s name and year in parentheses.
    Examples:

    • "Learning plays a crucial role in societal development (Smith, 2020)."
    • "Democracy is a form of governance that respects human rights (Wisetchai, 2024)."
  • Citing Authors in Sentences: Mention the author’s name in the text, followed by the year in parentheses. Thai author names should be written in Thai, with the English citation (surname only) in parentheses.
    Examples:

    • "สมิธ (Smith, 2020) noted that learning is essential for human resource development."
    • "ธีรภัทร (Serirangsan, 2024) proposed reforms for Thailand’s election system."
  • Multiple Authors:

    • Two authors: Use "&" in parentheses or "and" in text.
      Examples:
      • "Organizational change plays a key role (Brown & Taylor, 2019)."
      • "Brown and Taylor (Brown & Taylor, 2019) proposed that..."
    • Three or more authors: Use "et al."
      Example: "(Chen et al., 2021)"
  • Direct Quotations: Include page numbers.
    Examples:

    • "Learning influences success" (Smith, 2020, p. 15).
    • "Learning influences success" (Smith, 2020, pp. 15–17).
  • Online Sources: Use the organization name as the author if no individual author is listed.
    Example:

    • "COVID-19 cases have continued to rise (World Health Organization, 2021)."

References (Bibliography)

Follow APA7 format with adjustments for specific source types. Ensure that references include DOI or URLs when applicable.

Notes:

  • Use DOI for references when available as it is more reliable and permanent than URLs.
  • Translate Thai-language document titles into English and include "[in Thai]" in brackets after the title. Use sentence case for titles in English.
