Transforming Library Services Strategies for Creating User Experiences in the Contemporary Era
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article examines the transformation of library services in the contemporary era, emphasizing strategies for creating user experiences through service design that aligns with users' types, goals, and contexts, offering them convenient and satisfying experiences. Modern libraries must address diverse user needs by integrating digital technologies that enable users to access information and services anytime and anywhere. Additionally, there is a strong focus on training library staff to develop technological and user service skills. The design of library spaces must foster collaboration, learning, and innovation, by creating co-working spaces and organizing activities that promote activities, such as workshops, seminars, and exhibitions. Moreover, cooperation with educational institutions and local communities is crucial for positioning libraries as learning hubs catering to users' diverse needs. Looking ahead, libraries must redefine their role as platforms for lifelong learning, leveraging emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance service efficiency and information management. Through sustainable development, libraries will be well-positioned to effectively meet the evolving needs of users in the digital age.
