An evaluation project for the development of instructors on classroom research of Donmuang Technical College

Abstract
The evaluated project aimed to evaluate the development of instructors on classroom research of Donmuang Technical College through using CIPP Model for the evaluation in term of context, input, process, and product. The total population was 385 participants consisting of sixty-three instructors, and three hundred twenty-two students. The participants were selected by using the purposive sampling method. The research instruments were the questionnaire with 5 levels and the satisfaction of instructors and students. The statistical was analyzed by percentage, means, standard deviation.
The overview of results towards Project for the development of instructors on classroom research of Donmuang Technical College as a whole were found appropriately at high level. When considering in each aspect, all the aspects were shown appropriately at high level. The satisfaction of instructors throughout the process of project for the development of instructors on classroom research of Donmuang Technical College as whole were found at high level and the satisfaction of students to solve teaching and learning management problems of instructors of Donmuang Technical College as a whole were found at high level.
The result revealed that the Project for the development of instructors on classroom research of Donmuang Technical College were appropriate and it greatly benefits the instructors and students of Donmuang Technical College and learning achievement of students, number of classroom action research of teachers increased from the previous yea.
