Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To evaluate the development projects of Center of Vocational Manpower Networking Management, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning of Rajasitharam Technical College  2) To be a guideline for continuous implementing The Center of Vocational Manpower Networking Management, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning of Rajasitharam Technical College using the concept of the CIPP Model [1] in four aspects, context, inputs, Process and Productivity This research uses quantitative and qualitative research processes to collect data through questionnaires. The researcher conducts the research process by studying documents, concepts, theories and related research. as a guideline for creating a questionnaire Then use the data to create a questionnaire. It is a 5-level estimation scale. The draft questionnaire is presented to experts. Verify the authenticity of the content. An acceptable Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) is All items greater than 0.5, then check the quality of confidence. (Reliability) of the questionnaire by experimenting with teachers and entrepreneurs. Then the confidence was analyzed reliability using Cronbach's method [2]. in the whole version was 0.8, therefore, a questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 169 people. The statistics used in the analysis were the mean and standard deviation. Able to discuss assessment results in 4 areas: context, inputs, Process and Productivity, results were obtained in accordance with the goal of established.
