การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบนักสื่อสารสุขภาพชุมชนสตรีมุสลิมมืออาชีพ ในบริบทสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม

ความเป็นมาและวัตถุประสงค์ อัตลักษณ์ความเป็นนักสื่อสารสุขภาพชุมชนสตรีมุสลิมมืออาชีพ ในบริบทสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่สังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมผนวกกับบทบาทนักสื่อสารสุขภาพชุมชนที่มีความสำคัญ พบว่ายังมีช่องว่างที่จะหาคำตอบจากข้อค้นพบของงานวิจัยเพื่อการพัฒนาสมรรถนะอย่างเหมาะสม ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้นักสื่อสารสุขภาพชุมชนสตรีมุสลิมมืออาชีพ ในบริบทสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม 2. เพื่อตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงตามสภาพจริงขององค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้นักสื่อสารสุขภาพชุมชนสตรีมุสลิมมืออาชีพ ในบริบทสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม
วิธีการวิจัย รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธีทั้งวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ดำเนินการเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกโดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ด้วยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติ และนำองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ที่ได้มาดำเนินการด้วยวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยการใช้เทคนิควิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ ต่อมาในระยะที่ 2 เป็นวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยนำผลการวิจัยจากระยะที่ 1 มาตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงตามสภาพจริงกับกลุ่มผู้รู้แจ้งชัด จำนวน 30 คน เพื่อยืนยันองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ตามข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัย
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า เมื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 4 องค์ประกอบ 40 ตัวบ่งชี้ ดังนี้ 1) การสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม 15 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) สมรรถนะด้านการสื่อสารสุขภาพชุมชน 12 ตัวบ่งชี้ 3) ความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพชุมชน 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ 4) จิตวิทยาการสื่อสาร 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ ส่วนการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงตามสภาพจริง พบว่า องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ทุกตัวมีความเที่ยงตรงตามสภาพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ตอบตามวัตถุประสงค์ทั้ง 2 ข้อ และเกิดองค์ความรู้ใหม่ที่ได้จากข้อค้นพบของการวิจัย ซึ่งนำไปสู่การถ่ายทอดในเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเพื่อนำไปใช้พัฒนาในพื้นที่จริงและกำหนดนโยบายในการพัฒนาเพื่อการประยุกต์ใช้ในพื้นที่อื่นๆต่อไป
