quality education and the greatest influence on the quality of management outcomes.
Therefore, Principals must have leadership, theoretical knowledge, competence, skills, roles,
morality and modern educational administration experience. Suitable for changing the world
in the 21 st century or the modern world. To bring educational institutions to success, able
to respond to competition and modern, suitable for the changing of the world.
