E-learning online teaching and learning management model suitable for Bachelor's degree level, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University

The objectives of this research are: 1. To survey the students' satisfaction towards the appropriate E-learning style of online teaching and learning, classified by field of study. The sample group in this research were undergraduate students, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, 3rd year. 3 In the academic year 2020 from 18 disciplines, 234 persons were used. The research instrument was the satisfaction assessment form. The quality of the tool was determined by content validity from 3 experts and the mean confidence. (Reliability) equal to 0.85 the statistics used in data analysis, such as percentage (Percentage), mean (Mean) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation).
The results showed that :
- Summarizing the results of the preliminary data analysis of the respondents, it was found that the majority of respondents were 44 students (15.03%) from the Social Studies Department and the Thai Language Department (15.03%). English (13.65%) Mathematics (10.92%) Computer Studies Biology (9.55%), Physics, General Science (8.19), Chemistry (6.48%), and Buddhist Studies (3.41%), totaling 293 respondents.
- Summary of the results of the study of satisfaction towards the E-learning teaching and learning management of undergraduate students of the Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. Overall, it was at a high level, mean (= 4.14, S.D. = .53)
- Satisfaction towards E-learning teaching and learning management of undergraduate students of the Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University Classified by field of study Overall, the 10 content aspects had a high level of satisfaction (=4.21), the teacher's satisfaction was at a high level (=4.05), the system aspect had a high level of satisfaction (=4.14). Overall, the teaching and learning management by using the E-learning system was considered to be of quality because the students had the same assessment results which were in the high level.
