BEHAVIOR OF LOCAL LEADER ACCORDING TO SAPPURISDHAMMA 7 IN HUA NONG SUBDISTRICT, BAN PHAI DISTRICT, KHON KAEN PROVINCE

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is as follows: 1) To study the level of behavior of local leaders according to Sappurisdhamma 7. 2) To compare public opinions on the behavior of local leaders according to Sappurisdhamma 7, categorized by gender, age, education level, and occupation. 3)To study recommendations and guidelines for developing the behavior of local leaders according to Sappurisdhamma 7 in Hua Nong Sub-district, Ban Phai District, Khon Kaen Province, using a survey questionnaire to collect data from a sample group of 361 individuals.The statistical analysis methods used include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and LSD.The research findings are as follows: (1) The overall opinion of the population in Huanoi Subdistrict, Ban Phai District, Khon Kaen Province, regarding the behavior of local leaders according to Sappurisdhamma 7 is at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, the highest average score is in the area of understanding intentions, followed by understanding outcomes, understanding communities, understanding oneself, understanding estimates, understanding individuals, and the area with the lowest average score is understanding time. (2) The comparison of the level of behavior of local leaders according to Sappurisdhamma 7 in Hua nong Sub-district, Ban Phai District, Khon Kaen Province, reveals that there is no significant difference in the opinions of the population based on gender and age. However, there is a significant difference in the opinions of individuals with different education levels and occupations, at a significance level of 0.05.(3) Suggestions: People and Buddhist organizations should strengthen and develop local administration according to the principles of Sappurisadham 7 in Hua Nong Subdistrict, Ban Phai District, Khon Kaen Province By informing information and appoint inspectors for various projects to keep the public informed at all times Including promoting and cultivate it among the people Put the 7 principles of Sappurisadham into practice and ask for cooperation from local administrative organizations in each area to support and allow people to participate in various projects.
