Guidelines for quality assurance operations within the digital age of private schools in the Moei River basin group under the Tak Provincial Education Office.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to (1) study the conditions and the problems of internal quality assurance operation in digital era of private schools in Lumnammoei cluster under Tak Provincial Educational Office, (2) compare the conditions of internal quality assurance operation in digital era of private schools in Lumnammoei cluster under Tak Provincial Educational Office classified by school size and working experience, and (3) find the guidelines to develop internal quality assurance operation in digital era of private schools in Lumnammoei cluster under Tak Provincial Educational Office. The samples consisted of 205 administrators and teachers of private schools in Lumnammoei cluster under Tak Provincial Educational Office. The research instruments were a questionnaire and an interview. The data were analyzed using mean (¯("X" )), standard deviation S.D.), frequency distribution (f), percentage (%), t-test, F-test, and One-Way ANOVA. The results revealed that (1) In general, the conditions of internal quality assurance operation in digital era of private schools in Lumnammoei cluster under Tak Provincial Educational Office were at the high level. (2) The problems of internal quality assurance operation in digital era of private schools in Lumnammoei cluster under Tak Provincial Educational Office were that teachers and educational personnel did not encourage community and inform organizations the educational quality assurance. The development of staff training for educational planning was quite limited. Evaluation planning was not clear. Job assignment was not clear. The evaluation was inconsistent. (3) The comparison of the conditions of internal quality assurance operation in digital era of private schools in Lumnammoei cluster under Tak Provincial Educational Office classified by school sizes and working experiences was found that there was no difference. (4) The development guidelines of internal quality assurance operation in digital era of private schools in Lumnammoei cluster under Tak Provincial Educational Office were that personnel should be allowed to have trainings in educational quality assurance continuously. The manual of educational management should be set. The indicators should be clear and meet the goals. The monitoring should be scheduled. The collaborative environment should be set.
