The Relationship Between Personal Factors and Behavior in Choosing Elderly Care Services

Abstract
The objective of this research is to study the personal factors influencing the selection of elderly care services in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This study employed a quantitative research design. The sample group consisted of 400 elderly individuals aged 60 years and above residing in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The sampling methods used were accidental sampling combined with purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical tools used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing was conducted using One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results showed that personal factors include age, occupation, education level, Average monthly income is different. It significantly affected the choice of elderly care services in Nakhon Ratchasima Province by 0.05 percent. It does not affect the choice of elderly care services in Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
