Good Governance of Wat Ban Luang (Buaratbamrung) School Under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This research article aimed to study 1) the good governance of Wat Ban Luang (Buaratbamrung) School under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; and 2) the guidelines for developing administration of good governance in Wat Ban Luang (Buaratbamrung) School under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This study employed a descriptive research design. The population consisted of the school director, deputy director, teachers, and members of the basic education school committee, totaling 32 participants. They were selected by Purposive Sampling. The instruments used for data collection included a five-point Likert scale questionnaire with an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) of 1.00 and a reliability coefficient, determined using Cronbach’s Alpha, of 0.976, as well as an interview form. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research results were found as follows; 1) The good governance of Wat Ban Luang (Buaratbamrung) School under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level overall. When considered by individual aspects, all aspects were also found at a high level. The aspects were ranked in descending order of arithmetic mean as follows: morality and ethics, equity, transparency, rule of law, decentralization, efficiency, participation/consensus-oriented, accountability, effectiveness, and responsiveness, respectively. 2.) The guidelines for the school administration development with good governance of Wat Ban Luang (Buaratbamrung) School under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were identified as a multi-approach. Assign the variables with the lowest arithmetic mean values in each aspect to be issues to find development 10 variables. There were 19 developmental guidelines.
