TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND STUDENTS’ LEARNING SKILLS IN 21ST CENTURY IN PRIVATE CHARITY SCHOOL OF BUDDHIST TEMPLES THE SOUTHERN REGIONS

Abstract

The main objectives of this thesis were 1) to study the transformational leadership level of  charity private school administrators in buddhist temples in the southern regions under the Office of the Private Education Commission, 2) to study the students’ skills in 21st century of charity private school in buddhist temples in the southern regions under the Office of the Private Education Commission, and 3)  to study the relationship between transformational leadership of administrators and students’ skills in 21^st century of charity private school in buddhist temples in the southern regions under the Office of the Private Education Commission. The population was the school director of 7 people, the group leader of 28 people, the head of the learning group of 56 people, and the head of the class of 69 people, a total of 160 people. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument for data collection, Reliability was 0.98. The statistics used in the data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient analysis.

The results of the study can be summarized as follows :

1) The transformational leadership of school administrators was at a high level as  a  whole. When considering each aspect found that it was at a high level in all aspects and higher in all aspects, namely the aspect of inspiration, followed by the aspect of being a catalyst for change, The lower parts in in every aspect was  conflict management, respectively.

2) The students’ skills in 21st century were at a high level as a whole. When considering each aspect found that it was at a high level in all aspects and higher in all aspects, namely learning and innovation, followed by life skills and career, The lower part in every aspect was information media and technology.

3) The transformational leadership of school administrators was positively correlated with students’ skills in 21st century at a statistically significant at high level of .01.
