BUDDHADHAMMA INTEGRATION FOR EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT OF TRIPATITE COMMITTEES UNDER THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR

Abstract

Objectives of this research article are : 1. to study the efficiency level of the tripartite committee under the Ministry of Labor, 2. to study the factors affecting the performance of the tripartite committees under the Ministry of Labor, 3. to present a model for applying the principles of Buddhism to enhance the performance of the tripartite committees under the Ministry of Labor. It is a combined research method by quantitative research using questionnaires and analyze the data with statistics, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson’s Correlation and Multiple Regression. The qualitative research used in-depth interviews with key informants, together with descriptive data analysis and specific group discussions.

The results of the research showed that : 

1. Performance of tripartite committees under the Ministry of Labor overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it found that the importance of work with the high average, followed by the process of working.

2. Factors affecting performance together predict the performance of the Tripartite Committee under the Ministry of Labor by 11.6 percent, and The Itthibath Principle 4 can jointly predict the performance of the Tripartite Committee under the Ministry of Labor by 13.4 percent.

3. presentation of the buddhist principle application model to increase the performance efficiency of the Tripartite Committee under the Ministry of Labor should be assigned to meet the competence of the workers, and the operational process should be clearly defined, with priority on the work, with priorities before and after the operation, and there is an audit and evaluation of whether the work performed has satisfactory results. If it is not as defined, then find a way to correct it and carry it out until it achieves the intended goal.
