The Educational Institution Administration According to the IV Sublime States of Mind (Bhahmaviharas) of Educational Institution Administrators in the Basic Education Institution of Nongbua Schools Group, Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were  to  1) study the state of educational Institution administration according to the 4  Sublime States of Mind  principles of administrators in basic education institutions in the Nong Bua School group  2)  compared the opinions of the administration of educational Institution according to the 4 Sublime States of Mind principles of the administrators in basic education institutions. Under the Nong Bua School group Nakhon Sawan Province classified by personal status 3) study guidelines for the administration of education institutions     according to the 4 Sublime States of Mind principles of administrators in basic education institutions  in the Nong Bua School group Nakhon Sawan Province.

          This research used mixed methods research by collecting both quantitative data using a survey questionnaire.Qualitative research by in-depth interviews. The population used in this research was teachers andeducational Institution  committees in the group of Nong Bua School, Nong Bua District, Nakhon Sawan Province in the Office of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area 3, 100 teachers and 123 committee members, totaling 223 persons. The sample size was 141 persons. (Krejcie and Morgan) using the method of determining the sample size in proportion by considering the population In order to get the information distributed In relation to the proportion of the population by using educational institutions was a random area in the sample group. And in-depth interviews of 7 key informants, quantitative data analysis by using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and reference statistics was T-test, qualitative data obtained from interviews perform content analysis.

The results of research found that :

          1) educational Institution administration conditions according to the 4  Sublime States of Mind  principles of administrators in basic education institutions Under the Nong Bua School group Nakhon Sawan Province, the opinion level analysis In the overall, it was at a high level with an average value of 4.22. The academic administration had an average of 4.20. The budget management was an average value of 4.13. The personnel management was an average value of 4.29. The general administration was an average value of 4.21. The respondents most of them have 123 persons which role in the committee of educational institutes, representing 55.16 percent.The level of education of most respondents was lower than bachelor's degree, 122 persons or 44.85 percent.

          2) The results of comparison of opinions on the administration of educational Institutions  according to the 4 Sublime States of Mind  principles of administrators in basic education institutions in the Nong Bua School group Nakhon Sawan Province, classified by roles related to educational institutions and educational levels found that there was no significant difference Therefore rejected the hypothesis set.

          3) Guidelines for the administration of educational Institutions according to the 4 Sublime States of Mind principles of administrators in basic education institutions in the Nong Bua School group Nakhon Sawan Province educational Institutionsadministration in 4 areas, administrators could apply to increase the efficiency in managing their own educational Institutions. Found that management has knowledge, understanding of educational Institutions management was the basic qualifications of the executive, the use of science and art in management, capable of supervising associates, honesty, transparency and fairness,the ability to make decisions correctly, quickly and courageously, comply with the policy of the Ministry of Education,the ability to plan educational Institutions development to develop the organization towards the goal, create a learning organization (LO) with plans to create interesting projects at all times, putting people right for the put the right man on the right job,having a strong team work, creativity, knowledge and accurate in government regulations.
