Abstract
To maintain personnel in the organization is really important process because personnel is the key factor in management in order to operate in every piece in the organization and personnel are in management level down to operation level are mentioned as personnel in the organization. In case that the organization is not able to maintain the valuable personnel, it leads to lower performance and bad output in every running activities and lead to loss of economic, confident, and image of the organization.
Presently, all organization spend effort to maintain personnel by many thought and method. By doing that because all organization have same goal, they need personnel working with happiness and high royalty to the organization, but the obstacle thing is how long the organization can maintain personnel and win willing of personnel. There is Buddhist principle that mentioning about how to win their will. It is "Objects of sympathy" or "principles of service and social integration". There are Sangahavatthu 4; 1) Generosity (Or charity) 2) Convincing speech 3) Rendering services 4) Equal treatment (Or equality consisting in impartiality) The "principles of service and social integration" is the key factor of management of leader level which is to drive the organization following Buddhis principle and its benefit to conquer the willing of personnel and maintain personnel in the organization. This article objective was to study the principles of Dharma in the maintenance of personnel of the organization.
